$100M Offers
Grand Slam Offer creation: Value Equation, pricing, guarantees
Create irresistible offers using Alex Hormozi's Value Equation — the framework behind $100M+ businesses. This skill helps your AI agent design Grand Slam Offers with premium pricing, risk reversals, and value-stacking that make customers feel stupid saying no.

What is the $100M Offers skill?
The $100M Offers skill turns Alex Hormozi’s Value Equation into something your AI agent runs against your actual offer. It scores dream outcome, perceived likelihood, time delay and effort, then rebuilds the package — objection-killing bonuses, a guarantee that reverses the risk, a name assembled with the MAGIC formula.
Key concepts from $100M Offers your agent applies
The Value Equation
Maximize Dream Outcome and Perceived Likelihood, minimize Time Delay and Effort/Sacrifice.
Grand Slam Offers
Stack bonuses, guarantees, and urgency to create an offer so good people feel stupid saying no.
Pricing to Value
Price based on the value delivered, not the cost of delivery — charge premium, deliver more.
Guarantee Stacking
Layer unconditional, conditional, and anti-guarantees to remove all perceived risk.
Scarcity & Urgency
Use ethical scarcity (limited spots, cohort-based) and urgency (deadlines, bonuses expiring) to drive action.
When to use $100M Offers — and when not to
Reach for it when
- Prospects keep calling it expensive and your only reflex is to discount rather than rebuild what they get.
- You sell bare access to the product — no bonuses, no guarantee — and every competitor looks interchangeable.
- You’re launching something new and need the whole package designed, not just a number typed into a pricing table.
- Conversion is acceptable but margin isn’t, and you want to raise price without losing the deals you win today.
Reach for something else when
- You don’t know what the market will bear yet — Monetizing Innovation validates willingness to pay before you package anything.
- Nobody has heard of you, so the offer never gets read — the 1-Page Marketing Plan covers the whole machine.
- Buyers can’t tell what category you’re even in; Obviously Awesome settles positioning before value framing matters.
- The offer is fine and the page is losing people — CRO Methodology works on the surface, not the substance.

Frequently asked questions
How do I install the $100M Offers skill?
Run npx skills add wondelai/skills/hundred-million-offers --global. It takes about 30 seconds and needs no account. The $100M Offers skill then works in Claude, Claude Code, Claude Cowork, Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw and Hermes Agent — anything that reads the open agentskills.io format — and your agent loads it on its own when a task calls for it. It is free and MIT-licensed, and the source is at https://github.com/wondelai/skills.
Which book is the $100M Offers skill based on?
It packages $100M Offers by Alex Hormozi — founder of Acquisition.com, scaled businesses to $200M+ revenue. The skill distils the book's method into instructions your agent follows while it works, covering the value equation, grand slam offers and pricing to value. It sits in the Sales & Persuasion part of the library.
How is this different from the Monetizing Innovation skill?
They meet price from opposite ends. Monetizing Innovation asks what customers will genuinely pay, through research, segmentation and packaging, ideally before you build. $100M Offers assumes you already have something to sell and works on how it’s constructed and presented: what’s bundled, what’s guaranteed, what it’s called, why now. Use one to find a defensible number, the other to make that number feel small.
What is the Value Equation, exactly?
A fraction. Dream Outcome multiplied by Perceived Likelihood of Achievement on top; Time Delay multiplied by Effort and Sacrifice underneath. Raise the numerator or shrink the denominator and perceived value climbs. Its real use is diagnostic — it tells you which lever is weak. A guarantee moves perceived likelihood, faster onboarding attacks time delay, a done-for-you tier removes effort. Your agent scores all four rather than picking one by instinct.
Do I need to have read $100M Offers to use this?
No. The working parts travel with the skill: the Value Equation, the bonus and guarantee stacks, the MAGIC naming formula, and the insistence on finding a starving crowd before perfecting anything. What the book adds is Hormozi’s reasoning — particularly the case that premium buyers commit harder, get better results and churn less, which is the claim you most need to be convinced of before acting on the rest.
Will it just tell me to charge more, whatever I ask?
It leans that way, and you should know why: the book treats discounting as a way of recruiting your worst customers. That holds where you can genuinely widen the gap between value and price. It holds badly in commodity markets with visible substitutes, under procurement or regulated pricing, and whenever delivery can’t support what the offer now promises. Ask it to argue the opposite case and it will — treat premium as the default hypothesis, not the verdict.
